Encapsulate the call to new DefaultCacheFactory().createCache(config, false) in a protected method so subclasses can override the cache creation process.

An example of where I'll use this is in the Hibernate/JBC test suite where I use a custom DefaultCacheFactory subclass that sets the cache's defaultClassLoader.
