dynamically create rules at runtime
-----------------------------------

                 Key: JBRULES-1431
                 URL: http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBRULES-1431
             Project: JBoss Drools
          Issue Type: Feature Request
Security Level: Public (Everyone can see)
          Components: All
    Affects Versions: 4.0.4
         Environment: all
            Reporter: longDuck dong
            Priority: Minor

Currently, there isn't an easy way to dynamically create rules at runtime, similar to CLIPS and JESS (build) command. Without this kind of functionality, it is difficult to build machine learning applications where the system uses meta-rules and meta-data to generate rules on the fly. Building this type of application isn't typical for business cases, but for more advanced use cases, it is very desirable. Proper support for this kind of functionality also requires an easy way to remove a rule at runtime. Will this type of use case dictate interpreted mode, since it will easily kill the perm gen?
