- Added code to JBossContextConfig to register the authenticators specified in the TomcatDeployer configuration, fixing AuthenticatorsExternalizationTestCase;
- Added methods to TomcatService to make the generic header configurations available for the GenericHeaderAuthenticator, fixing GenericHeaderAuthUnitTestCase;
- Fixed the ear structure of some tests to include the security configuration as a separate jar.

All tomcat-federation tests are passing now.
