We randomly get those transient failures:

org.jboss.ejb3.test.consumer.unit.ConsumerUnitTestCase.testQueueXA
org.jboss.ejb3.test.consumer.unit.ConsumerUnitTestCase.testDeploymentDescriptorQueueXA

org.jboss.ejb3.test.stateful.unit.ExtendedPersistenceUnitTestCase.testXPCSharing
org.jboss.ejb3.test.stateful.unit.ExtendedPersistenceUnitTestCase.testPassivation

This one looks transient but more persistent (among the transient ones):
org.jboss.ejb3.test.dd.mdb.unit.MDBUnitTestCase.testDurableTopic
