ok I have tested this issue on Portal-2.6.3, 2.6.4, 2.6.5, and 2.6 (trunk)

I think the issue here is probably JOSSO 1.7 and JBoss 4.2.x

Our integration supports JOSSO-1.5 on JBoss 4.0.5, not JBoss 4.2.x. JBoss 4.2.x not being supported is on JOSSO's side for 1.5
