JBossWS is using some external configuration for the deployers even though there is a configuration file
in the jbossas/webservices project.

Since I'm renaming the file to end in -jboss-beans.xml see JBAS-5803 this is causing duplicate deployment
of beans.
For now I'm deleting the spurious file in build-distr.xml
