To help the OSGi implementation, we need a mechanism
to easily determine which deployment a controller context came from
and to list contexts within a deployment,

Additionally this registry should allow some kind of attribute searching
similar to what you can do in OSGi.

But this shouldn't be OSGi specific, the feature should be usuable using
a native api with the OSGi should being a facade on top of it.
