Upon removing "server/src/main/org/jboss/deployment/spi" and updating the "server" module classpath to reference the integration 5.0.0.CR1, MappedDeploymentEndpointResolver will need more refactoring than I can discern as the API as changed to remove "String vfsContext" from the "getEndPointInfo" methods.

I've attached the patch outlining changes required of the EJB3 Module to migrate to the new integration SPI release.
