This tests passes when called with "-Dtest-mask=ClusterViewUpdateTest clustering-tests" rather than "-Dtest.classname=org.jboss.test.messaging.jms.clustering.ClusterViewUpdateTest test".  Not sure why, but downgrading ticket.
