We should create a JCA resource adaptor for JBM 2.0.

The JBoss generic resource adaptor uses connection consumer, which we have no intention of providing for JBM 2.0 since the design is inherently flawed (problems with consuming in transactions - see Mark Little's transaction book).

The JBM Api needs to be sufficiently rich to support consuming of messages directly in an arbitrary transaction context so they can be passed to a listener.
