If a destination is deployed as non clustered, then redeployed as clustered, the clustered attribute in the JBM_POSTOFFICE table is not updated.

Just to clarify:

When uses redeploy a destination as clustered after it was non clustered, or vice versa, they must *delete the original destination from storage*.

We should make this clear in the error message.
