Eviction configuration uses things like wakeUpIntervalSeconds, timeToLiveSeconds and maxAgeSeconds.

Should provide similar attribs like wakeUpInterval, timeToLive and maxAge - which measure time in millis, which is more standard.  Deprecate "Seconds" version, log a warning when they are used.
