Make jbrms module depends on Seam 2.1(Seam trunk), there are some new security features we can use. 

At the moment, the dependency is: jbrms depends on drools-core 5.0 and Seam 2.0. Seam 2.0 depends on drools-core 4.x. Once this store is done, the dependency will be like this: jbrms depends on drools-core 5.0 and Seam trunk. Seam trunk depends on drools-core 4.x. Ideally we need make Seam trunk depends on drools-core 5.0. So there are still some dependency problems we need resolve.
