The portlet windows will drag but will not drop, and the only error I see is:

There are a ton of issues in the Scriptaculous CHANGELOG from 1.7.1-beta3 through 1.8.0 concerning draggables, ondrop, etc... We should look at dyna.js and see if it needs work first or atleast trace to see where the problem is happening.
