After deleting the package, unable to create the package with the same name also not able to retrieve the same package from admin screen . The package get lost

steps to reproduce
1) login to drools BRMS web application
2) import the package
3) Archive the package through package->dit package configuration
4) Import the same package again. screen it shows package successfully imported but doesn't show on package explore.
5) Creating the same package with "create package" throws exception "org.drools.repository.RulesRepositoryException: A package name must be unique."

The Archive package can't be retireved any way. 

Please suggest suitable solution
