after doing the following the CMS Admin Portlet throws a NullPointerException

- navigating in CMS Admin Portlet to the "images" folder of default content
- selecting a gif File (back.gif for instance)
- the version list appears, then clicking the link "English" above the file version list
- the "Upload File" form appears, then clicking "Cancel"

- the stack trace with the NPE appears.
