JoinPointInfo synchronization is not working on wrappers

Synchronizing only the joinpoint class generation is not enough. The wrappers must be entirely synchronized with the joinpoint info interceptor chain lock, since their execution depends on the interceptor chain.

This bug causes rebuldingChain test to fail.
