problem is on 
OptimisticNodeInterceptor.addToModificationList
if there is an Option with cache mode set to true then the modification won't be registered within the tx. 
Added OptimisticWithCacheLoaderTest.testCacheStoringImplicitTxOptionOverride to reproduce the issue.
