Implemented fix and checked in the files to ming-serialization branch pending review:
- AbstractRuleBase: Using MergedPackage to handle package merges.
- DialectData: added clone() method.
- DialectDatas: perform proper merge.
- JavaDialectData: implemented clone and perform proper merge.
- MVELDialectData: implemented clone.
