The EJB3 webservice test coverage misses the actual test requirements. The current regression occurs because the jax-rpc dependency has been removed from the ejb3 classpath, which is perfectly legal. But the test cases still cover a combination of webservice-ref and jax-rpc. 

Please remove any webservice test from the ejb3 module and use the jbossws test suite (jaxws/samples) for integration testing in the future.
