Currently, the Eclipse Workbench Droools Builder will only scan for decision tables stored in Excel files.
Being CSV a format supported by JBoss Rules for decision tables, it would make sense to include those files in the builder as well.

Note that this feature would also benefit from the change requested in JBRULES-804
