Committed fixes for default remote and local, though proper operation of "determineResolvedJndiName(String iface,DefaultJndiBindingPolicy defaultPolicy)" depends on the presence of a DeploymentSummary which is not present; this is currently populated by the MetaDataResolverDeployer only.
