Currently, the implementation of SecurityMetaDataStore in AS5 uses JNDI lookups on startup to get the security managers. Ideally, we need to inject the SecurtyManagement instance. This is a work in progress to convert the messaging-service.xml mbean services into the messaging-beans.xml
