         Environment: Need to have maven (ideally) both generate a war, as well as generate a distro of an app server with the war in it. There are a few ways (apparently) to do this - either by embedded it in an app server, OR, as hudson does (https://hudson.dev.java.net/) - alegedly, embedding a servlet container in the war itself, so you can execute the war from the command line or somesuch.
