Add new error code and message to OracleExceptionSorter

Newer version of Oracle JDBC driver reports the following error codes and messages when Oracle crashed:

Connection Reset 　：17002
Connection Closed　：17008

Current OracleExceptionSorter doesn't know this code and message, hence connections won't be discarded although it's a fatal connection error.
