The current JAASSecurityManager doesn't actually call the JAAS api, but calls the JBoss AS helper classes.

This class should be renamed JBossASSecurityManager and used when inside JBoss AS.

A new class should be written which uses JAAS directly to avoid pulling in Jboss AS dependencies.
