I would add in the JPA example as it will also cover WAR deployment, POJO components, Hibernate JPA, and seam managed transactions.  Since it is based on the booking example it should be easy to adjust if needed.

There are so many examples based on the booking application that we should try to make all of them testable (in the long run) using the same tests.  If we make the IDs match across them it should not be difficult.  WDYT?

There should probably also be a set of manual tests as part of the AS release process.  This could be based on the $SEAM/release-process.txt, although it could be simplified for this purpose.
