When this is ready, please remove the https://svn.jboss.org/repos/jbossas/trunk/testsuite/src/resources/test-configs/binding-manager1 and https://svn.jboss.org/repos/jbossas/trunk/testsuite/src/resources/test-configs/binding-manager2 directories in the AS testsuite.  Those directories contain overrides to the existing messaging/remoting-bisocket-service.xml that allow all the tests-binding-manager test to run. That is, they inject a workaround to this known issue into the AS testsuite so the test can check for other unknown issues.  The workaround needs to be removed as part of resolving this.
