Added in user profile options for controlling whether or not messages and headers are collected under subtrees:

Display a Messages subtree to collect mesages []
Display a Headers subtree to collect headers []

Setting these options to false removes the Messages and Headers subtrees and avoids some of the extra drilldowns which were required
to get to Message and Header information.

The new UI is pictured in the attachment  Wireshark-subtree-options.jpg
