As AnnotationEnvironmentDeployer::deploy is costly operation,
we should be able to exclude its execution asap.
e.g. based on the deployment name --> jbossweb.sar
Since we know there is no sense / use in scanning that deployment
but it takes a long time to do it due to deployments size.
