The JBASM-17 feature used the wrong default for Server.partition. This should be "DefaultPartition" not "DefaultDomain".  This is breaking a number of tests in the AS testsuite, since the client is expecting the server is running as "DefaultPartition".

I'll fix the testsuite by updating the server:config section to use this feature to set the partition name the client expects; e.g. don't depend on this default. But the default needs to be fixed.
