A minimized CMS content portlet shows only "CMS" in the title. It should show the real document title like the normal and maximized views do. 
Use case: Consider having some (different) contents on one page, all but one are minimized. There is no way but enhancing the window for the user to guess what's in the window when there is no title giving a hint.
