The changes in r81462 have resulted in a build failure in Hudson http://jboss.hudson.alrubinger.com/job/EJB3_Aggregator/org.jboss.ejb3$jboss-ejb3-proxy/lastBuild/testReport/

The tests are passing locally on Windows system but failing on the Unix box, where Hudson builds run. The changes have been reverted till the build failure issue is fixed.

Attached is a patch which was commited as part of r81462.
