JBMETA-119 removed the explicit setting of localJndiName from @LocalBinding.jndiBinding; this is now done in the post-merge processing deployer.

As a result, jboss-ejb3-proxy Unit Tests are failing because nothing is setting the localJndiName in metadata.  Correct this.
