I've cleaned up most of the dependency issues identified by Fernando and Dimitrius.

I'm not sure how to resolve the servlet-api and jsp-api issue.  Based on the discussion on jboss-development should we use the one from jboss.web?

The other remaining issue is the xml-apis duplication.  We have:
apache-xerces:xml-apis:jar:2.9.1
and this is pulled in transitively.
xml-apis:xml-apis:jar:1.0.b2

Which one should we use?
