Copy and Move functions create dummy files if destination exists

1) Copy a file "example.html" in same folder.
2) You will be forwarded to the WYSIWIG Editor view of the original file.
3) In folder view you will find detect "example.html[2]".
4) This file can not be edited and is completely useless.

This bug can be reproduced for folders, also.

It should not be allowed to make a copy in the same directory.
