I just tried to deploy a war from seam-gen to jboss 5 trunk and seam-int wasn't used - I would guess because we don't check if seam.properties is in WEB-INF/classes/seam.properties. Also we should check for WEB-INF/classes/META-INF/components.xml, unless that is a bad deployment structure - if it is we'll tell people not to use it.
