Currently the JBoss50Creator is running a preconfigured set of Processors upon merged metadata.

This does not allow for configuration of the processors to run, nor a reliable ClassLoading scheme to be applied.

Move the processors to be run optionally by a caller/consumer of metadata.  In AS this should be the job of a MetaDataProcessingDeployer.
