Just wanted to revive an old thread here. Are the JBoss Portal DTDs publicly available?

Currently, the URLs to do the DTDs in the documentation do not resolve: http://www.jboss.org/portal/dtd/portlet-instances_2_6.dtd

This has a few problems, most important to me being that our IDEs can't resolve and validate our usage of the DTDs.
