the ids  of actions in wsrp -> consumer configuration, are not indicating the number of row they are in. thus, i cannot access  them by their id's and i must access them by xpath. the differ in one number, but i cannt determine, what those numbers are.
on the other hand, the ids in role managment, in the table where the roles are listed are different again in only one number, but the number is indicating the row they belong to (in the table), so i need to know only the "template" of this id ,and the row number. 

why is the implementation of computation of ids different in those two tables?
