ok, i finally have the case ... unzip and run jboss portal 2.6.6 GA.. then

1. Login as admin
2. Click Dashboard -> click Configure dashboard
3. Into "Create a New Page:" type "DashTestPage" -> click Save
4. Click Dashboard -> click DashTestPage tab -> verify it is empty
5. logout -> login as admin
6. Click Dashboard -> click Configure dashboard -> in "Currently editing page DashTestPage" choose "DashTestPage"
7. verify "Choose a theme" selector id, it should be _id15jbpnsabcsnpbj:themeSelector
8. click on the "Choose a theme" selector and select "renaissance" -> Click "Select"
9. Click Dashboard -> click Configure dashboard
10. verify "Choose a theme" selector id, it should be _id19jbpnsabcsnpbj:themeSelector

once (7.) , the selector is _id15jbpnsabcsnpbj:themeSelector, and then (10.)  it is _id19jbpnsabcsnpbj:themeSelector
