some ID issues:

In dashboard config you can add windows into the page "layout". i.e., when you have "generic" layout selected, you can add content into "center Region" and "left Region".  unfortunatelly these  "center Region" and "left Region" <select> boxes don't have IDs assigned (in jboss portal 2.6.6 GA). 

In "Portlet instance associated to this window:" we have list of available portlets, these are normal <a> links, but each link has the same id. All of the portlets available have the id "portlet-instance-link" assigned.  Each portlet should have it's unique id.
