Wrong validation message shown in Change password function
----------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: JBPORTAL-2167
                 URL: https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBPORTAL-2167
             Project: JBoss Portal
          Issue Type: Bug
Security Level: Public (Everyone can see)
          Components: Portal Core Admin
    Affects Versions: 2.6.6 Final
            Reporter: Martin Putz
            Assignee: Martin Putz
             Fix For: 2.6.7 Final

When I fill in the update password form with a 3 letter word and repeat it and submit the form, I get the following 2 messages
"password: Validation Error: Value is shorter than allowable minimum of 6 characters."
and
"The passwords doesn't match."

The second message isn't true.

In addition, in the user search list, when I disable an enabled user and vice versa, I get above the user search result list the same green message: "user enabled". This message is not localized and should also reflect the latest activity.
