Please create two builds in hudson. One using https://svn.jboss.org/repos/portal/branches/JBoss_Portal_Branch_2_6/ and other using https://svn.jboss.org/repos/portal/branches/JBoss_Portal_Branch_2_7. Here is what you would need to do:

1. Do pretty much everything that's done in http://hudson.qa.jboss.com/hudson/view/JBoss%20Portal/*deployment-verification
2. Use that as your JBOSS Portal
3. Run selenium tests

I can help as needed.
