Need to get Privileged Blocks into the code base that sits in the AS5 workspace.  This should not have any effect on the test suite while running without the security manager.  The privileged blocks will enable to provision the security manager permissions adequately and with flexibility in high secure environments.

The security manager policy that runs the tests under a Java Security Manager needs to be worked on as part of this work.
