this one was maybe forgotten
the "home" link "Portals", in the navigation path line has dyn. id
please check the id in the "path line" even if you get deeper - clicking on the pages of portal (in the table) 

when you delete the portal from the table, you must confirm the delete operation, the submit button for this confirming has dyn id
i think that similiar situation may be with deleting of page, too
