Include the datasource name when the connection manager reports a ResourceException

Raising this feature request on behalf of Peter Johnson who's having trouble with JIRA access. 

In the current state, when a ResourceException is thrown from the connection manager, the exception stacktrace does not contain the name of the datasource. The exception stacktrace could be improved to include the datasource name. Please refer to the referenced forum thread for details.
