Changing the component of this JIRA to "installer"

The plugin already has the necessary steps to bring in the ejb3-endpoint:

     <include>org.jboss.ejb3:jboss-ejb3-endpoint:jar</include>
... 

It's the installer which does not include this jar in the list of files to be placed in common/lib of AS.
