Rajesh, can you (or someone on your team) check this Hudson job.  These tests run (and pass) for me locally so want to rule out a Hudson config issue to determine if there a real problem only exposed in this environment.  As you can see the tests ran successfully on April 13.   What seems to be happening is that the server is starting before the shutdown is complete even though the condition has been met.  I've increased the timeout already.
