We need resource adapters to test the functionality of our deployer chain.

The JCA 1.6 specification lists various requirements to metadata handling, so the resource adapters should cover these areas. See 18.3.1 and 20.

We should have at least:

* RA 1.5 - Outbound only
* RA 1.5 - Outbound / Inbound
* RA 1.6 - Outbound only (w/ ra.xml)
* RA 1.6 - Outbound / Inbound (w/ ra.xml)
* RA 1.6 - Outbound only (without ra.xml)
* RA 1.6 - Outbound / Inbound (without ra.xml)

* RA 1.5 - Outbound only (w/ jboss-ra.xml)
* RA 1.6 - Outbound only (w/ jboss-ra.xml)

These resource adapters should go into individual packages under org.jboss.jca.test.deployers.spec.rars
